Z is for Zeal. A-Z Challenge Day 26.

zeal |zēl|
great energy or enthusiasm in pursuit of a cause or an object.

A zany cat I once met. She was quite zealous about the house
and ended up breaking up the kitchen window.

Zealful zombi zapped.
Zinging zowie zonked.
Zounds zipped.
Zig zagging zodiacs
zooming zaftig zones.

Now that the A-Z is officially over,
I'd like to issue out a thank you to Ida Chiavaro ;for being my rock structure through-out this challenge.
And to all of you who took the time to read and comment and tell me what you think! I'm far from done with blogging so stay tuned!
To anyone who is completing the A-Z Challenge 2013, CONGRATULATIONS!!!! We did it!
Much love and appreciation to you all.

X is for Xenobombulate. A-Z Challenge Day 24.

xenobombulate
means:
malinger |məˈliNGgər|
exaggerate or feign illness in order to escape duty or work.

Today will be a little different than normal posts.
Although it is not 'custom' for me to eXpress myself
here other than in poetry,
I thought today needed just a little more
eXplanation than any other day.
Today is election day in Iceland,
so it is truly double X day for me.
And because there are very few (non medical ) X words in the dictionary
I decided to give me a little break and just
pick words with X as a second letter.
If you think that is outrageous..
well, then you are just gonna have to keep thinking that!
I hope you enjoy todays post.

Icelandic X-Day "We believe in you".
x marks the spot.

Extremely excited, excelling
extravagantly exact.
Exaggerating xeric,
exotic Xebec exiled.
Exalted axion
exposed Xanadu.

W is for Wave. A-Z Challenge Day 23

wave |wāv|
move to and fro with a swaying or undulating motion while remaining fixed to one point.

A painting by my wondrously talented friend Bryndísa.

Worried, worked-up,
wakefully wondrous.
Warning wispily wailing
without welcome.
Warlike winner wounded.
Wanting willfully,
while whole world withers.

T is for Treasure. A-Z Challenge Day 20.

treasure |ˈtreZHər|
a very valuable object, to value something/someone highly.

He is my treasure.

Trivial talent tested.
Tangled trust torn

Thanks to tender touch,
they triumphed tranquility
together.
